I have many of the same feelings and concerns. I do not have the knowledge of the scriptures to help me. I am working on that though. I to have had thoughts that I have too much "stuff". I am actually dealing with that right now. I am also seeking God for another child. I feel selfish and like I may not be appreciative of the one I have (which I am), I am going through fertility treatment again and, that makes me wonder is this Gods will or my fleshly desire.
